If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may cancel your account within the first 30 days of service and receive a full refund with the exception of: 

• Domain names -  Registrations, transfers and applications are final, and cannot, under any circumstances, be cancelled.

Please be sure that you fully understand this before you attempt any domain name registration, etc. We have no means of retrieving money from the registry for domain transactions, so we cannot refund clients who register or transfer names in error.

We cannot and do not check to see whether the domain name you select, or the use you make of the domain name, infringes legal rights of others. We urge you to investigate to see whether the domain name you select or its use infringes legal rights of others, and in particular we suggest you seek advice of competent counsel. You may wish to consider seeking one or more trademark registrations in connection with your domain name. You should be aware that there is the possibility we might be ordered by a court to cancel, modify, or transfer your domain name. You should also be aware that if we are sued or threatened with lawsuit in connection with your domain name, we may turn to you to hold us harmless and to indemnify us.

If registering, please make certain that the domain name is spelled and formatted the way you want it, and that you have the domain extension correct. Names should contain only letters (lower case much preferred), numbers, and dashes. Once the request is submitted, it cannot be changed.

If at any time during your subscription to our services you feel you have not received the services advertised and we can justify those reasons (excessive server or network downtime), we will refund your account for that period upon request.

Note: Announced maintenance and/or scheduled network outages do not apply.
