The ORION VISION image manager is extremely simple and straight-forward. It was designed to look like the clipart manager found in Microsoft Word. You simply click on the "Insert" link next to the image they like, and it will be placed directly into your web page.

The real power of ORION VISION lies in its file manager. When an end-user logs in, they are presented with the file manager, which displays a list of files and folders that comprise their website. Common functions including the creation of files and folders, as well as renaming and delete files all take place here. If the user is unsure about anything, ORION VISION help button is only a click away.

When an end-user clicks on the "Create New File" button, they are presented with the template wizard. From here, they have the choice of building a new web page either completely from scratch (a blank page), or from one of the many pre-designed web page templates that are included with ORION VISION. Once a design has been selected, ORION VISION takes care of building the page and copying all necessary files. It doesn't matter where the users website is located: either on the same server as ORION VISION, or on a totally separate, remote web server... ORION VISION takes care of everything.

Editing a web page is a painless, 2-step process. Firstly, the user chooses which file they would like to edit from the file manager and clicks on the "Edit" link. Secondly, they use ORION VISION to make changes to their page. When they are done, they can simply click on the "Save" icon and the changes will be reflected instantly.

One of the hardest things for new Internet users to grasp is the concept of a table in a web page. ORION VISION takes away any guesswork involved when working with tables, and provides a clean, simple wizard-like interface to build tables in their web pages. To insert a table, users simply click the "Table" button on the toolbar in the web page editor. Next, the table wizard appears, where they can specify the table width, border, background color, etc. After this, they simply click the "Insert Table" button and web editor takes care of the rest.

People make mistakes -- it's a fact of life. When building or editing a web page with ORION VISION, users have three options: Save (simply saves the web page and re-displays the WYSIWYG HTML editor), Save & Exit (saves the web page and returns to the file manager), or Revert (allows the user to rollback changes and reload the web page as it was before it was edited). The "Revert" option is located under the "Save" dropdown menu, and users are prompted for confirmation before a rollback takes place.

When you build a web page containing a style sheet, the ORION VISION WYSIWYG editor will automatically extract and render these styles in the editing window. You can even select from these styles in a dropdown list.

When building a web page, you can simply right click anywhere inside of the editing window to see the appropriate context menu. For example, if you right click inside a table cell, you will have the option to change its background color, etc.
